Scything the weekend away

Monday, November 29th, 2004

Ordered a scythe a couple of weeks ago (you can buy anything on the web!) and it arrived on Friday, so spent the Saturday dealing to some grass around some new saplings. I had tried to tackle the job a few weeks ago with a line trimmer and it was hopeless, wacked away at the long grass, threatened to chop off the saplings, and left you shaking, and choking on 2 stroke smoke. The scythe on the other hand was a pleasure to use and cut through the grass far more effectively than the line trimmer. So, rush out and order yours today ;-) http://www.scythesupply.com
