Stephen gives a good summary of points made by Blackboard's CEO and rightly states that there probably isn't much chance of anything radical in the way of social constructivist models coming out of the commercial lms providers, or from traditional tertiary education providers for that matter. In my view the only way either of these institutions are going to change, is by having it forced on them by disruptive technologies slowly eating away at their markets.

Admioc has become LCE!

As there were very few postings relating to agile deveopment methodologies in the blog I decided to rename it from ADMIOC (Agile Development Methodologies in Online Communities) to LCE (Learning Community Environments).
