Blending e-teaching qualification with a community of practice

Wednesday, February 9th, 2005

Just getting started on an interesting project to develop Interact to be used for a new e-teaching qualification. The great thing is that the people developing the qual have decided to move out of the traditional qualification - course - lecturer - student model and are wanting to develop an online community of practice inside which the courses will sit, and which will grow organically over time and become a shared resource for others to access, rather than locking all the knowledge into a course site that is only available to students and only for the duration of the course.
